I was a designer working in technology for over 25 years, first as a designer, then as producer and program manager. Eventually I became a Principal at Hot Studio, a consulting firm in San Francisco. When we were acquired by Facebook, I founded and led the first Design Operations discipline at Facebook, developing a global team of Design Program Managers (DPMs) from the ground up.
